| Ballet First offers classes in a large airy studio with appropriate changing facilities, wooden flooring, large mirrors and Ballet Barres with refreshment facility and free parking. All Ballet First classes are taught by an enhanced CRB checked professional teaching faculty, fully Insured.

| Classical Ballet |
| Excellent Ballet training for vocational or non-vocational students. Developing muscle strength, body alignment, technique and dance expression. Ballet is the foundation and core of all other dance styles. | |

| Pointe |
| Pointe work from age 12 yrs for advanced classical ballet students. Strong technique with consistent ballet training required over a period of years, with the required number of Ballet classes taken weekly. | |

| Lyrical Jazz |
| This class focuses on lyrical Jazz / Contemporary dance style. Warm up is done in the centre with a combination of Ballet based, lyrical Jazz steps and stretching. Centre work will be mainly learning lyrical dances, developing self expression and dance technique. Ballet training required. | |

| Repertoire Classes |
| Learn corps de ballet (ensemble) and solo pieces from the Classical ballet greats, developing different classical styles, utilising technique and learning how to work effectively as an ensemble. An important class in dance education. Ballet training required. | |

| Adult Ballet |
| For those who have danced before or never learned ballet at all. A basic ballet class to develop core strength, self discipline, flexibility, posture, stamina and basic ballet technique. | |

| DanzDrive Adult Exercise Class |
| A medium intensity workout with a dance accent, using Dance and Aerobics guaranteed to increase flexibility, stamina, posture and strengthen core muscle groups to sculpt your body. | |

| Children's Classes |
All children's classes are in age related time scales, either half-hour or 45 minutes. Different colour leotards identify the level and class attending. Parents are asked to wait in the adjacent waiting area whilst their children are in class. (Except for the "Mummy and Me" classes) |

| Mummy and Me Classes (2-3 yrs) |
| This class really is the first step to Ballet and Mummy can join in as well. Your baby ballerinas will have fun dancing to stories with music and pictures, developing balance, listening skills and co-ordination of limbs; plus mum gets a workout as well! | |

| Pre-Ballet and Primary Ballet (3-6 yrs) |
| Classes introduce foundation Ballet movements, develop focus, spatial awareness, musical rhythms, flexibility and develop co-ordination of limbs, whilst in a safe, controlled and friendly environment. Ballet First identifies with the Royal Ballet School foundation dance curriculum. | |

| Junior Ballet (from 7 yrs) |
| A structured class with emphasis on developing ballet steps, positions and technique, also physical co-ordination, dancing in format and understanding different musical variants. This level introduces the basic French vocabulary of Ballet. | |
